How long does it take to ship my order?
Shipping usually takes 3-5 working days within Germany.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is free for orders over 150€.
For orders below this amount, shipping costs apply, which are calculated at a flat rate of 6€ at checkout.
Do you offer international shipping?
We plan to offer international shipping in the near future. However, we currently only ship within Germany.
How can I track my order?
Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to track your order online.
Can I change or cancel my order later?
Changes or cancellations are only possible before the order has been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Maestro, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay and Visa.
How can I return or exchange an item?
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Yes, our products are made from organic cotton and recycled materials to promote sustainability.
